Peaslake Eco New Build - View More

We’re pleased to share an update on our ongoing eco new build project in Peaslake, which has been an incredibly exciting project to work on so far.

The following works have now been successfully completed:
Damp proof membrane (DPM)
Floor insulation and vapour barrier installation
1,810 metres of underfloor heating
First fix pipework, completed using a manifold system with no fittings within the floor screed
Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery (MVHR) system

These elements form the foundation of an efficient, high-performance home, and we’re extremely pleased with the progress to date.

We’re now looking ahead to the next phase of works, including the first fix of bathrooms and bringing the plant room to life. More updates to follow as this exciting build continues.
