We’re delighted to share the successful completion of our latest project - a bespoke party barn in Tilford, finished perfectly in time for the festive season.

Delivered by JL Wellington Ltd, this project showcases our expertise in high-quality mechanical and plumbing installations, with a strong focus on efficiency, performance, and long-term reliability.

Scope of Works:

Installation of underfloor heating, providing exceptional comfort and energy efficiency

Complete plumbing installation for the bathroom and kitchen, with first-fix pipework laid in insulated pipework and no fittings within the screed to ensure long-term durability

Design and supply of an air source heat pump and pressurised heating system, delivered in partnership with Nu-Heat UFH

Creation of a fully functional plant room, expertly configured to maximise space within a challenging footprint
