Project Completion, Passive House, Peaslake - View More

We’re proud to share the completion of our works on this impressive self-build Passive House project in Peaslake.

Following on from our previous updates showcasing the underfloor heating and first-fix stages, JLWellington Ltd delivered the complete plumbing and heating package for this high-performance, energy-efficient home.

Our works included:

• Floor insulation
• Underfloor heating installation
• Complete bathroom installations
• MVHR (Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery) system
• Air source heat pump system

This was a particularly interesting project to be involved in, bringing together modern heating technology, energy efficiency and carefully considered installation to meet the demands of a Passive House build.

We’re extremely proud of the finished result and to have played a part in delivering a home designed around comfort, efficiency and long-term performance.

The underfloor heating and air source heat pump systems were designed and supplied by @nuheatufh.
